Facilitating Trainings:

Example: During my tenure at Charles Schwab, I orchestrated the design and delivery of impactful Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) and Web-Based Trainings (WBTs) using PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline and 360 for those being converted to online. These facilitated sessions played a pivotal role in enhancing employee learning across various topics. This experience not only showcased my proficiency in conducting successful training sessions but also demonstrated measurable success through improved employee knowledge and skills.In addition to my corporate training experience, I played a vital role at Arizona Public Service (APS), where I developed trainings that catered to both online and facilitated settings. This hands-on approach allowed me to make informed suggestions and improvements, ensuring the effectiveness of the training materials in diverse environments.Furthermore, over a span of ten years, I independently facilitated Adobe Software Trainings. Managing my training initiatives, I taught, contracted, consulted, and coordinated Adobe software application training programs to organizations of various sizes and markets.
